• All products available on our store are digital items. No physical products will be shipped, and you will not receive any package in the mail.

• Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate download link on the checkout page.

• A confirmation email containing the download link or access instructions will also be sent automatically to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

• Due to the nature of digital products (which are downloadable, viewable, and cannot be physically returned), all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is made and the digital file has been delivered or accessed.

• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

We only consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice in the same order or within a short timeframe, please contact us for a refund on the duplicate item.

• Corrupted Files: If the downloaded file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 3 business days of being notified.

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate software, hardware, and internet connection required to download and use the digital files.

• We recommend downloading your purchases immediately and backing them up securely.
